1. Licence

Each licence key grants the right to use the Sealforge Anonymizer on one machine. Installing the same key on more than one machine is not permitted. You may add machines (a new key is issued for each) or remove machines (the key you choose is revoked immediately) from your account.

2. Free trial

The first subscription of a customer includes a 30-day free trial for the number of machines chosen at checkout. A payment card is required. One trial is granted per customer account and per payment card. Unless you cancel before the end of the trial, the paid subscription starts automatically.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are per machine, in euros, excluding VAT, billed monthly or yearly in advance. The yearly price is 10% lower than twelve monthly payments. VAT is charged according to the applicable rules; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under reverse charge. Individuals pay the VAT of their country of residence, calculated at checkout from their billing address; prices shown to individuals include VAT at the French rate for reference.

Adding machines is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period. Removing machines gives a credit for the unused time on your next invoice; no cash refund is made. Switching from monthly to yearly billing takes effect immediately, pro rata; switching from yearly to monthly takes effect at the next renewal.

Price changes. Sealforge may change its prices. New prices apply at once to new subscriptions. For an existing subscription, you are told by e-mail at least 30 days before the renewal at which the new price applies; your invoices until then are unchanged. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel from your account before that date and you will not be charged it.

4. Late payment

If a renewal payment fails, your keys remain valid for 7 days (monthly billing) or 1 month (yearly billing). After that, they stop working until the payment is made.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period or trial; your keys remain valid until then.

6. Right of withdrawal (individuals)

If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession) resident in the European Union, you normally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason.

During the free trial, nothing is charged: cancelling before the trial ends costs nothing, which covers the whole withdrawal period.

For a subscription without a free trial (for example when you have already used your trial for this product), your licence keys are issued and usable immediately after payment. At checkout, you expressly request that the supply of the digital content start immediately, before the end of the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the licence keys have been issued (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Where the right of withdrawal still applies, you can exercise it by sending an unambiguous statement to the contact address given in the legal notice, stating your name, account email and the date of the order. You are refunded within 14 days using the payment method used for the order, and the licence keys concerned are revoked.

This section does not apply to business customers.

7. Licence validation

The Anonymizer checks its key with the Sealforge licence service. Only the key is sent; no data processed by the Anonymizer is transmitted.
